# Hart Mountain Antelope Refuge

**Vehicle requirements:** 4WD with low range, all-terrain or mild mud-terrain tires (31–33"), skid plates recommended. Stock-to-2" lift handles most obstacles.

Remote wildlife refuge in southeastern Oregon with free hot springs, pronghorn herds, and vast sagebrush steppe. The steep western escarpment rises 3,000 feet from the desert floor.
